Oxford issues JIT (Just in Time) writing numbers for the majority of states. This means that you will need to write and fax in your first piece of business to Oxford before they will fully appoint you.

*Follow the steps below to access the application, marketing brochure and quote engine for the Final Expense product. You WILL NOT have access to their portal until the first piece of business is submitted and your background check run. There are a few states where this is an exception.

  • When you get to this website choose Agent Forms located directly in the blue banner under the login fields.
  • Select Oxford Life Insurance Company Select Assurance (their Final Expense product)
  • Select your State
  • Select the products you would like to download
  • Choose the Orange Create Packet Button
  • Then hit Download and print

TransAmerica

  1. TransAmerica offers Final Expense, Term Products (term overview) and Medicare Supplement products. It has an e-application that accepts electronic signatures on Express Term and Medicare Supplements. Applications can be scanned and uploaded to the website for Final Expense but the company prefers faxed applications. Electronic signatures is not available for final expense products. No height and weight chart. Accepts Direct Express Card. Many times, they will not do a POS call but it is required to call in.
  2. With TransAmerica TrendSetter Term. An Income Protection Option (IPO) is offered that gives the policy holder control to structure a guarantee income stream. It is available at no additional cost, may include multiple beneficiaries, and can be modified prior to the death of the insured.
  3. If you were terminated from TransAmerica for lack of production within a 12-month period, you will need to provide proof of new business before they will process a new contact. To show this proof of new business, you must provide the name and birthdate of the prospective client or the policy number of a newly submitted application in states that allow JIT appointments. KS, LA, MT, PA and TX do not allow JIT appointments. If you reside in one of these states you will be eligible to send in a new contract before you write new business.
  4. They do not require E&O coverage to sell Final Expense
  5. Two Final Expense Products are offered
    1. Ages 0-44 Sample Application
    2. Ages 45-85 Sample Application
