Lead Programs and Scripts
LEAD PROGRAMS
- Must be appointed by at least one carrier that offers level coverage through Patriot Insurance Group (or two if one of the carriers for Guarantee Issue).
- No agent is required to purchase any leads available through Patriot Insurance Group. We are not in the lead business. We generously subsidize our lead program for our agents knowing that an excellent lead program allows our agents to be successful in contacting people that are interested in Final Expense products. Free leads can also be self-generated through referrals, current book of business, seminars, educational seminars for seniors (nursing homes, organizations etc.), or door knocking.
- Although it is suggested to order leads weekly to ensure you have a constant flow of candidates to sell to (sales is all about numbers), there are no minimum or maximum lead orders required to participate.
- All lead orders are to be submitted through the provided order forms and payment is made directly to the vendors, not Patriot Insurance Group. Payment type will vary by vendor, either PayPal or Credit Card.
- Your credit card is not kept on file for repeat orders - new orders need to be submitted when needed. This way you control the lead program unlike other IMO's who require you to order weekly.
- Important: Patriot Insurance Group will terminate any agent using leads purchased through our lead program to sell for other carriers (or IMO's) not contracted though Patriot Insurance Group.

DIRECT MAIL LEADS BY PIECE
We suggest purchasing direct mail leads by piece vs. per 1000 for a better return on your investment. Because there is a delay on how soon a direct mail piece comes in (has to mailed out by vendor and then returned by a perspective client; the process can take up to two weeks), many agents purchase telemarket leads as a fill-in while waiting for direct mail leads to start tricking in. This of course is optional.
1. Need-A-Lead - Preferred Vendor
Discounted leads are $29.00 each. The vendor has deeply discounted this lead price to accommodate our agency. Minimum order is 20. There are also a variety of others to purchase ranging from $32-$38 each.
*Important: When completing the online profile and order form, you must choose Patriot Insurance Group, Inc. as your IMO affiliate in order to get this special pricing and select piece number SE-63. See below sample for this lead piece used. If you do not choose us as the IMO or do not use the lead piece SE-63 the leads will range from $34.00 to $38.00 each depending on the state you reside in and what other piece you select.
*You will be required to sign an agreement that states you will pay for any extra leads over the amount ordered that may be generated from the original mail drop. They will be billed to your credit card. If the charges will not fit on your credit card, another form of payment must be provided. If the additional charges are not paid, Patriot Insurance Group, Inc. has the right to terminate your contract(s).

2. The Lead Connection
Leads are $30.00 each. Only available in select states. Currently NOT available in: AL, AZ, FL (except for the Panhandle area), GA, KY, OH, SC, TN and TX. Minimum oder is 20. Your leads will be emailed to you. You can choose between the below two pieces - E-64 or E-340D. Hard copies will come in the mail. Additional leads are 1/2 price and not mandatory for purchase.

3. Leads2Success
Leads are $30.00 each. Minimum order is 10. They will place your leads into a CRM for immediate access once received. Hard copies will not be mailed.

DIRECT MAIL LEADS BY MAIL-DROP (1000 PIECES)
Note: There are no guarantees on how many leads you will receive from a direct mail campaign. The national rate of return on a direct mail campaign is generally 1/2 to 2 percent. The returns have dramatically decreased over the last two years as final expense has become more popular to sell and more saturated in the marketplace. This equals to around 5 to 20 pieces back per 1000. Markets will vary - some markets you may receive more back - others less - the vendors can't control who will be interested. With this return the cost of a lead will range from $73.00 to $18.25 per piece. Because of the market, we recommend purchasing the above Direct Mail Leads by Piece at to ensure a guarantee on your investment. Before Placing a Live Telemarket Lead Order

Patriot Insurance Group understands the importance of providing agents with prospects that have expressed a true desire in learning more about Final Expense Insurance. The call center vendors have very strict rules that every caller working for them must follow the same script. Each and every lead goes through their quality control department to make sure the questions were asked and answered and that the prospect confirmed they wanted to be contacted by the agent about Final Expense Insurance. Once they have determined that the lead is valid, it is either emailed to the agent or deposited in the agent’s exclusive lead website depending on the vendor. The lead vendors have no control over what happens after they have generated the lead and it passed quality control. If you feel that a lead passed through quality control that is not valid, you can send the lead with the recording back to patriotinsurancegroup@gmail.com. We will forward the lead back to the vendor for review to see if if can be replaced. Remember, the call centers are allowed at least one rebuttal when setting the lead and if the prospect on the recording agreed to a call back from the agent it is considered a valid lead. Their job is to create enough interest so the prospect will provide enough information for an agent to call them back.
When purchasing telemarketing leads it is realistic to expect an average of 20-25% closing ratio on the leads you have purchased over time. Important: It is unrealistic to expect these kinds of results on one lead order. The reason for this is because it will take time to build a backlog of leads for which you should gauge your results.
What To Expect:
National averages indicate that you will schedule 45-50% of the leads purchased into an appointments. Agents using this proven appointment setting script typically have a higher appointment to lead ratio than agents just “winging” it. 25% of the appointments you schedule will probably be a No Show. You will need to call these back and reschedule.
25% of the leads you will not be able to contact (we recommend door knocking these leads to maximize your profits).
25% of the leads will tell you they said they weren’t interested, they already have insurance, or they changed their minds. Some will even say they never spoke with our caller. We provide these very effective objection rebuttals to help convert these objections into appointments. Some prospects will say these things because they think they won’t qualify for the insurance or feel it may be too expensive. As agents, we need to pull the true objection out of them, overcome it, and schedule the appointment.
These are averages and in no way are they guarantees. Every agent will have different results from the leads. Our goal is to provide you with quality leads so you will make money and order additional leads.
Territory: Provide the vendor with as much territory as possible upon ordering. Telemarketing for leads is very different from direct mail, they need a lot of territory to be able to effectively generate you leads because 80% of the population is on the Do Not Call list. Even though
you may think you’re providing a large enough area to them, most times it is not. They ask that you provide 2-5 counties listed in the order you would like them to call for you. Many will ask for the preferred county and work them first. In some areas they will need to start with all 5 counties to provide enough numbers to call.

Leads are generated in the Philippines and cost $16.000 each. Minimum order 10. The telemarketer will use the same script as above but they will schedule the appointment instead of you having to call them back and schedule it yourself. You will need to provide access to your Google Calendar and schedule.
